Biltong Paradise is a proudly South African concept and was founded in October 1992. The current owners recognized the potential and operated the first three years as a one-man-business. The concept started out as Biltong For Africa but was rebranded in 2003 as Biltong Paradise. As the demand for Biltong Paradise products increased it resulted in the original premises being too small and a second outlet opened its doors in Rustenburg during 2003. The two outlets function as a wholesale and retail supplier to the trade but also sell directly to the public. When operations expanded the owners then built and opened Rustenburg Biltong Factory in 2009. Rustenburg Biltong Factory operates as a wholesale biltong and meat manufacturer ranging from beef to different variants of game products.

The biltong concept is a traditional South African lifestyle consumable which Biltong Paradise and Rustenburg Biltong Factory has perfected over the years and has built its product offering on quality, meat cut, taste and variety proving popular with consumers.
